The chance encounter of 2 very prominent chefs from very different backgrounds couldn’t have been more perfect for what was about to come. Blade and Board is a complete labor of love for Chefs Rosie and Ashley. Both having been in the culinary world for many years, finding a niche in charcuterie and family style catering was not a surprise at all.

Chef Rosie is a Miami native and has honed her Culianry skills in several well known high end resorts throughout the South. After finishing culinary school at LE Cordon Blue, she went on to become an Executive Chef at the age of 24. Rosie’s eye for impeccable detail and her Puerto Rican Latin roots find their way into creating some of the most beautiful and mouth watering food you will ever taste. Her pride and passion for cooking shines through it all!

Chef Ashley is a Texas/Oklahoma native that spent too long in Los Angeles. She spent years as a private chef to well known musicians, travelling the world with her clients and seeing the culinary world...literally. Using ingredients and techniques learned from all corners of the world, she has found a style all her own and thrives on making people rethink how they eat. Everything has a purpose in food and finding the perfect pairing is exactly what keeps her loving this industry.
